Orders are shipped daily with the exception of public holidays. PostNL has a delivery time of 1-2 business days or orders within the Netherlands, with the exception of public holidays. International orders are expected to be delivered within two weeks. We are not responsible for delays by mail.

It is your responsibility to pay and be aware of your country’s taxes and fees applied to the purchase of international goods. If a package is not claimed because of refusal to pay these fees and it is returned, I will contact you to discuss reshipment options and make new payment arrangements.
SHIPMENTS TO WRONG ADDRESS/RETURN TO SENDER: Be sure to double check that your shipping address is completely correct. If for some reason your order is completed with an incorrect address, message me ASAP and so I can hopefully catch it before the package is mailed. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, I will contact you to discuss reshipment options and make new payment arrangements.
